(1) Neponset Plastering does not sell, trade or transfer any customer’s name or information, nor any lead for business generated through advertising, to any other person or company. Nor does Neponset Plastering transfer any information received from any customer obtained through our valued network of general contractors, nor from customers who contact us directly, except only:
(2) In a request initiated directly by the customer, we will refer customers to our general contractors for services other than blueboard, plaster and drywall services.
